Manufactured using a process called PPM (Prolonged Pressurised Method). This process simultaneously binds and reinforces the foam making it stronger and much denser than the normal PU foam process. The resultant increase in density and strength ensures an improved performance for mobile equipment such as office chairs, wheeled furniture and wheelchairs allowing them to move with less resistance.
