The benefits of this system is that as a Remote Worker (RW), there is no time commitment nor is there any significant outlay other than investing their own time in generating interest for the product and services provided by Charnwood Flooring. An RW has the flexibility to choose their working hours to generate and manage their own workload/s and earn a generous commission from their activities.

An RW is expected to manage their own diaries, speak to people who are looking for relevant products and services and invite them into the showroom to discuss their flooring/service requirements under any relevant company tems. The company will do its level best in providing an RW's customer with the correct flooring solution/s that is commercially viable and in line with their demands and needs.
