Our operations work in harmony with companies that believe it is important to protect the natural environment, and this is why, for our customers, we never compromise on quality to live sustainably.
The cotton products that we use are recycled yarns sourced from the global garment industry, and in conjunction with pioneering and highly-skilled teams, combine and process colour components to ensure that we can produce the perfect colour match for our customer base. This also eliminates the harsh dying process which has a huge impact on our environment.
Consumers are increasingly favouring brands with a commitment to environmental sustainability, just being careful what we purchase and who we purchase from can make a huge difference. Our supply chain refuses to use nasty chemical stiffeners on any of the cotton products that we arrange for the marketplace. This gives customers confidence in their purchase whilst making it easier for Taping Companies to work with for binding winding stair runners & mitred corners.

This is a complex procedure for which we make an additional charge to the standard Site Assessment fee due to the administrative tasks involved in respect of calculating exact requirements for the project and arranging for logistics involved. Customers should also note that fitting charges are considerably higher in comparison to standard carpet fitting charges for stairs and even more so for stairs with winders.

This is entirely dependent on the type of carpet a customer will choose. The first part of the process would be to select the carpet that you want to see on your stairs. There are a multitude of variations and all prices are relevant to the type of carpet chosen, for example a customer may want 100% wool or a wool mix or a high-end polypropylene. It would be impossible to know until we know the quality of the carpet.
Yes, of course we will but the logistical costing would apply no differently. The cost depends on the size of the piece, packaging, the type of edging required, and the cost involved for courier services.
The first part is absolutely critical to obtain the correct template for edging purposes. Essentially what this means is that a first fit would take effect to ensure that alignment is accurate otherwise costly mistakes could happen if a template is not cut out prior to your capet being sent to our edging contractors. We would also need to ascertain if there are to be any mitre cuts according to the customers preference.
Yes, this is a non-refundable cost of £150.00 for domestic clients and £300.00 for commercial clients. This cost is only refunded to the client at the proforma stage which will be reflected in the overall cost of the job. If the a customer decides not to proceed for whatever reason, then unfortunately we would not be able to refund that initial outlay.
Generally speaking a customer should expect to be waiting for approximately 6-8 weeks. Much depends on the workflow of our contactors and logistical operations involved because there are certain factors during this process where we as an independent company have no control.
