CPS is tied to the value of each completed job, ensuring that your hard work is directly reflected in the rewards you receive. All jobs are unique and as a consequence they're uniquely priced.
A generous kickback is paid directly to contractors from project profits. Percentages are based on practicalities like job overruns or unanticipated costs to the company from any such job allocated which essentially impacts the bottom line, i.e. reduced margins in such circumstances.

We aim to channel private capital into infrastructure that doesn’t just beautify, but dignifies. Think of our company as regeneration with a conscience. At the moment the CPS is paid at the point of job completion but this will change in due course to a monthly cheque based on the amount of completed jobs and profitability ascertained from each job completed, and to ensure that any corrective measures from any installations are adequately addressed subject to contractor terms. As soon as the client has confirmed their satisfaction, payment will be sent out to you via the postal service in the form of a company cheque. Standard Fitting charges are paid upon job completion and Site Assessments are also paid immediately after a Site Assessment is completed.
Very simple, unless prompt corrective measures do not follow through for the client, "if that is a client has found the need to make a complaint", you will lose any and all payments outstanding to you from ALL jobs conducted during the applicable period; and you would be disqualified from holding a bonafide position as a contractor for the People's Company. It is in your own future interest to ensure immediate remedy for any such client dissatisfaction. We would expect you to treat our clients with the respect and dignity you would expect for yourself.
