Excellent service from Qamar and the whole team at Charnwood Flooring, including great patience with me, a first time carpet purchaser with no real idea of what I wanted, and general disorganisation issues. Helpful advice though the whole process and the final fitting was done exactly at appointed time and with no fuss. Great stuff.
I’m very impressed with Charnwood flooring Qamar in the shop was extremely helpful in helping us choose what we needed the guys that came and laid the flooring worked really hard and didn’t waste any time and made a really neat job yes I would recommend this company Thank you all for a job well done.
We spent a good hour or so deliberating on what flooring to have in our bathroom and Qamar told us what was right sort of flooring to go for within our budget. Everything from arranging the purchase of the flooring right through to the installation was hassle free and the two fitters did an excellent job of fitting the flooring and left the room nice and tidy with all the odds and ends neatly piled up. Would definitely pay them a visit again!

After visiting multiple carpet stores, I found charnwood flooring to be reasonably priced with a good selection of carpet samples but more importantly expert advice rather than talking to a "salesperson" they was also able to source and supply my desired carpet within a challenging time frame. Doing business with a independent I genuinely felt appreciated and this was demonstrated by the outstanding service recieved, to finish the 2 fitters were also excellent and did a fab job also respected my property. **HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**

Just fitted ground floor laminate today, impressed with the quality of the laminate product and top professional fitting,, this has promoted me to consider them for carpets for upstairs too, very well done. WOW, what amazing service from start to finish. After being advised on the benefits of the Quick-Step LVT flooring for my dining room area I would have to admit I am extremely happy to have been convinced in making a great decision. Fitters did a fantastic job of levelling the floor and the installation of the flooring was to perfection. Lads were also courteous of the safe distancing rules. Thank you once again guys!! I would highly recommend!!
