All sub-contractors engaged by Charnwood Flooring are expressly informed that they bear sole responsibility for overseeing and executing the installation process.
As the designated sales division for a range of manufacturers, we ensure that sub-contractors are fully notified that all assigned tasks must be conducted with the highest level of diligence and accountability. In the event of accidental damage, sub-contractors are required to address the matter directly with the customer, negotiate a resolution, and undertake any necessary remedial actions in a courteously prompt and efficient manner.
We respectfully request that all parties acknowledge and adhere to these terms to ensure a mutual understanding of roles and responsibilities.
