Carpet Refund Policy

Sometimes things do go wrong and we are happy to work with our customers to provide them with a satisfactory outcome if a genuine fault is established. Our customers will be pleased to know that our manufacturers are very good and do offer a speedy resolve in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault with your carpet. Charnwood Flooring is only a sales arm for a carpet product but it will act on a customers behalf to find the best and fastest solution.

Charnwood Flooring do not offer refunds for manufacturing faults, we will work in conjuction with directions given to us from the supplier and act accordingly.
