Variations Policy

Variations can happen at any time once the works have been confirmed to an agreed specification. In such instances ALL variation works must be seen as cleared funds before any work in this regard can take effect to the full amount of the variation applicable. These types are mainly derived from the construction and groundworks section of our operations and seldom established from within the internal flooring section.
