Unlike carpet, which can be trimmed or stretched to fit, vinyl flooring must be cut accurately to ensure a perfect fit. Even a small error in measurement can result in gaps or the need for additional material, leading to unexpected expenses. Therefore, it's crucial to double-check the measurements to avoid any costly mistakes. Proper installation ensures a smooth, professional finish that will last for years.

SITE ASSESSMENT (PER VISIT)

Booking a site assessment before ordering vinyl flooring is a wise decision. It ensures that all measurements are precise and the necessary materials are accounted for, providing a professional install. This service, offered at a refundable cost of £35.00 at the proforma stage, can prevent stress and inconvenience due to incorrect measurements or things that have not been taken into account for a correct installation.

CUSTOMERS CAN ONLY RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF THE SITE ASSESSMENT FEE IF THEY PROCEED WITH THE ORDER AT THE PROFORMA STAGE.

However, if customers are confident in their own measurements, the company respects their decision without recourse, and will proceed with the order and subsequent installation without a site assessment. This flexibility caters to the customer's comfort and confidence within the process.

SUBSTRUCTURE FOR VINYL FITTING

This is because addressing the sub-base is a prerequisite for a successful installation.
