She directs the Legacy Housing Division, a sister enterprise to Charnwood Flooring, focused on delivering high-spec, bespoke social housing for families across the UK.

Her flagship innovation, the Process Accumulator Program (PAP), is a proprietary framework that integrates:

• Smart Housing Infrastructure: Enabling homes to become energy efficient in all maintenance cycles, and looking at practical solutions that provide families with long-term savings by reducing long-term financial strain.

• Wealth Accumulation Algorithms: Predictive models that map family trajectories across education, employment, and asset growth, turning housing into a measurable platform for generational uplift.

Command everything and pop into the office on the odd ocassion to ensure everything is running tickety-boo. I have a very difficult life but somebody has to do it.

Chasing mice, birds, leaves, squirrels, butterflies and even fighting with a sneaky fox family who have made numerous attempts to enter my garden without my permission.
